  • On-site assistance with organizing, placecards, table numbers, napkins, props, signage, guiding vendors and station assembly
  • Help with light cleaning (trash left by vendors and guests — no deep cleaning)
  • Event execution assistance (welcoming guests, food station monitoring, running quick errands)

Setup and takedown runs $375–$750, day-of coordination is $1,500, partial planning is $1,300, and full-service planning is $2,500.
